Are you a highly creative, fast-working Graphic Designer with experience in branding, packaging, and marketing design? Do you want to see your work in some of the world’s best stores? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re WITH Creative, a fast growing, award-winning product innovation studio, working with forward-thinking brands to invent and design unique, best-selling products across giftware, toys and games.
We also create products under our own brands, including Pikkii, whose award-winning designs are stocked in leading retailers like Oliver Bonas, Waterstones, and Urban Outfitters.

As our Lead Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our product range, working across branding, packaging, and marketing materials to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Designing brand identities, packaging, and marketing materials that stand out.

Creating bold, innovative and memorable packaging for our products.

Developing marketing visuals for web, social media, trade shows and presentations.

Generating new product ideas and contributing to concept development.

Using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to bring designs to life.

Working in a fast-paced, creative environment where ideas become reality—fast!

Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to refine concepts.

Managing and briefing our freelance graphic designers.

Who We’re Looking For
-
Excellent graphic design skills with experience in packaging.

A creative powerhouse with a strong portfolio in branding, packaging and marketing.

Someone who can work quickly without sacrificing quality.
-
Strong typography, color theory and layout skills.
-
Experience preparing print-ready and digital artwork.
-
Bonus skills: photography, video, animation or illustration.

A trend-spotter who keeps us ahead of the curve in design & innovation.

A positive, solutions-focused mindset.
